Almost straight away I came across Dope Ropes. Through their guides and online tutorials I quickly learnt all I needed and knew which cord would be best for me.
The handles are nice to hold, seem like a good shape made from quality plastic. Replacement cords are also cheap and easily available. Would highly recommend. I decided to take up jumping rope as part of my fitness journey. I have discovered I am not ready for a beaded rope yet.
Beaded ropes appear to take more skill than I currently have. Not to worry though, I plan on hanging on to it for when I finally get to a skill that I level that I can use it. For now however I have purchased a Dope Ropes 2. I have like 80 pounds to lose, not sure what that is in stones, I am guessing a lot. Wish me luck. Super great rope! It also definitely has some speed to it, definitely recommend!
